You need a sufficient internet speed to stream the videos. If the videos load or play slowly, a slow connection is likely the culprit.
At times when many people are using the game there might be a slowing down. We will monitor this to make plans for future web hosting.
The game is designed for PC and may not work on tablets, although you can try. I does not work on phones with few exceptions. If you are trying to play the game on a tablet or phone and for example the ‘play’ button does not work, please use a PC or laptop instead.
